Can this be changed??

There is a oergon 33" bar on ebay for sale.It has a 404 rolling sprocket tip nose that is 404 and looks replaceable.Can it be chaged to 3/8"?

Yes. Bailey's has the sprocket noses in stock. You'll need to file the bar and or nose to even the transition from the bar to tha replacement tip. One rivet holds it all together.

You might have to move with a 3/8" chain with a thicker guage drive link also...Bob

There is an error in the listing. The seller is calling it a Jonsereds Husqvarna bar, this is the D024 mount and will fit your 920 but no Huskies. And it is .058 guage.
