Working on a 10-10, not run in several years.Had a a Nova ll electronic chip ,installed. disconnected points , condenser . pulled starter and it fired up .ONLY for less than a minute !
0 fire .Lucky for me I had a Oregon chip 33-053, installed and did what it was supposed to, run. From what I see of this 10-10 McCulloch it is going to be a saw with a hungry wood eating attitude.
Be wary on Nova ll chips on saws, may work on the Briggs and Stratton.
