Christmas Saw

Ok I have a great wife!
She got me a HUSQVARNA 575XP Chain Saw with a 20 inch bar for christmas! Wow. She traded my 141 in at the dealer and he sold her the 575XP for 499.00 after a trade in. I can't wait to try it out. BTW I am not supposed to know she has it but the guy at the dealer could not help giving me a call. Now if i could just rid of these darn safty chains i have.
I am sure the 575 should burn through wood with a 20 inch bar and 3/8 pitch chain.

Why did he call you and spoil her surprize? If I were her I would take it back for a refund to teach the dealer to keep his yap closed. Then again maybe you figured it out when you noticed your old saw was gone.

Better act like your surprized !!!!!!!

The dealer is a good friend of mine. I did not mind that he called. I think he wanted to call to make sure I want the saw. The wife was not sure if i wanted the 575 or the 455. I did NOT want the 455 so the wife did good.
I can't wait to see how it compares of the 359 and the 550 Echo.

Wow, you have a great wife and a better dealer. Mine seems to think they are all the same with the white and orange (stihl)and all orange (husky) ones being the expensive ones. She seems to think Poulan and craftsman (same saw) are the norm as that is what her father used. She doesn't understand my need to go faster with my cars either....
