most christmas tree farms use clearing saws with a 10" dia blade 80 tooth works good... a lot less bending over.

Nice tree,!! Mine was a little large this year, I cut a 53' Douglas Fir out of the mountains, and after much trimming it turned into a 16' Fir in a truck with 38 logs, then at the house it turned into a 8' fir with an additional 8 logs. The up side is we have enough greenry for 27' of fresh garland, and 3 wreathes!

Just a clarification, I did not murder a majestic tree in the name of Christmas, it looks like it was hit by a truck that day, and the trunk was broken, and spilt a quarter of the way up!-Matt

I like long walks through the woods tottin' a saw.
I like the smell of fresh wood chippers in the morning air.
I like the sweet hum of a mod saw.

Looking for a woman that loves to chop wood, drag brush, and sling a saw.

Please include pictures of saw with replyies to this add.
