If it'll come off, laquer thinner will do it. It'll actually remove the paint if you rub long enough. Chances are though, that the paint is burnt and the stains won't come off.

The purple cleaner will get all, but the burnt paint off. Best way is to clean it with Purple, then if you don't like what you see just squirt a thin coat of Sihl paint ovet the burnt area - then it's like "new".
