Herm, what's the biggest wood at this GTG? I'm asking bc I'm supposed to be getting my MM 394 stuffed with fresh bananas by the monkey. I want a bar long enough to reach through it.

That's 33-34" on the trailer

As we get older we realize the importance of attending weddings and funerals for the family involved and for our own inner self.

The wife has already gotten the stuff for a few pies. Do i tell her we need to stay in town before or after she makes them?
We could take one to the wake and i could dispose of the rest.

Seems a fair compromise...can't waste pies!

I worked all evening after work on some maples the power company dropped in the front yard of the parsonage. Now I have to get some packing done. I'll put the Dodge in the wind after lunch, be down there in the evening.

Spent the day prepping for the GTG. Got the mowing and trimming finished with some help, my wife cleaned the bathroom in the hangar (it might have needed it), I put a fresh filter on our rainwater collection system and bleached the tank, put some of the big logs up on little logs to get them off the ground. Found some metal in one of the large logs. I'll mark it off so someone doesn't waste a long chain. Hitting stuff in wood is always a possibility:(
Brought a few saws up to the hangar (some to run, some for sale) Went this evening and got some non ethanol fuel so I can mix some more gas if I need it. I plan to need it...
Tomorrow I need to make a couple more log racks and move the planes out of the hangar. Weather looks good.

OK.....we are packed. We have a bunch of saws for folks to run.

I'm driving a good ways, so bringing food that will survive ain't much of a possibility.

Ideas?

Yeah....yeah......it's always about the bananas.

I've got a 42" bar on the 3120.......will it be enough?

3120.........
Is that a measurement?
Code for something?
Weight in ounces of bananas you put in 10 saws?... ;)

I know I'm going to miss this one. I may make Jeremy's next weekend.
