Dolmar tuning near Portland Oregon

Can anyone recommend somewhere to get a PS5100S and EA4300F tuned near Portland Oregon, or even as far north as Seattle?
I dont think they need parts, just someone who knows what they are doing. The local Still/Huskyt people dont want to know...
