I was in need of a new spark plug for my snowblower and decided to spend the extra $2 to get an E3 plug. My snowblower is ancient, but wow, what a difference when I put the new plug in. So, has anyone tried one in their saws yet? I think this spring i'll try a couple.

Sometimes just changing the spark plug makes a big difference. Now, go out and buy a brand-new spark plug recommended by the manufacturer, try it out, and let us know how it compares to the E3 spark plug.

Good point!

Sort of on the lines of , dose your fireplace burn better if it were lite with a paper or a wooden match?

Or would a lantern be brighter if were lite with a match or a Zippo?

There is a little more to heat ranges then just getting it lite.

But finding proof behind the hype would be nice!

Magic plugs are what us older folks call snake oil. I can recite the names of a dozen or two so-called magic spark plug companies that have come and gone in my days. If this one is any differant I will eat my hat. My auto mechanic has a "hall of fame" in his shop of magic engine devices he has had to remove to make someones car run right including a bunch of odd looking spark plugs. Probably will bring big bucks on Ebay some day? LOL.

One of the other replys asked if you tried an OEM plug, my money is on it would have provided the same results for $2 less.

I have seen a lot of problems with them, they dont seem to last very long and it's not worth the extra $.

I put the E3's in my Log Splitter, Yamaha 4 wheeler, & Pressure washer. I can't really say that I have noticed any hugh difference with starting/performance, but they needed new plugs anyway.

I thought I would give them a try, though. Sometimes a new product does come along that is an improvement over an older design, but if you aren't wiling to take a chance on it, how will you ever know?

They were only a few bucks more than the regular plugs, & I've thown more than that away in the past!
