The temp here for that time of the year should be mild compared to where you are located.It could vary from about 20-60,you never know for sure.Bring your camper,if you get cold we can always build a fire under it.

The end of April was actually what I had figured on to start with but Eric who will be one of my main helps and I both do excavation work and in April we dont have very much free time.

You cant sleep in my truck but you and a few others can use my motor home.Bring your PP372 along with you,I should have another one built by then that will blow you away.

If you do a map search,I am located in the large town of McClure Pa,17841 the town is that large that we actually have a red light now,well almost it blinks red on one side and amber on the other.

Large Logs

Let me know If you are coming in with the larger saws and I will make sure that I have some larger logs here.If I can't find any large cottonwood or willow.I guess I will have to cut down own of my nice Poplar tree for you.I have a few that are over 24" Maybe some 3 foot red oak will slow you guys down.

You are more them welcome to bring your lady friend along.If there are enough younger people show up we might have a 16 year old and under class.My 14 year old is all for it and he has been practicing with his PP372.

Maybe I should get Robert and Gypo to come down with me and we'll bring our KD saws with Martin chains. Ken's currently doing at least six saws for us and we have at least another half dozen KD's all ready to go from woods mod to full race, in all of the classes.

In all actuality, with this kind of iron and the ability to handle it, there's probably no need for anyone else to bother even bringing saws, except Chris, of course. Speaking of Chris, have you thought of a small wood competition with cants? Saw motors are set up completely different for big versus small wood.
