LOL!

While those were good saws in their day, if he thinks they are worth 2-3 times what they cost years ago, he must be dreaming.

Why would this idiot even spend the fees to list the auction, when most of his items go unsold?

I know you get a free re-list when you item doesn't sell, but what are the original fees for listing something? Is he using Ebay as cheap advertizing? Notice he always has blurbs about other merchandise he's carrying.

He's got some scam going; I suppose he doesn't care if it sells as long as he gets noticed. And if somebody is willing to fork out that kind of scratch, welll...

I seen these last night when they were listed. Guy must have smoked some crack before he listed them. lol :) That or he is blind and the number 9 on his keyboard is sticking.

You get your fees back if you relist and it sells the second time around, if not you pay both.

$0.01 - $9.99 costs $0.30

$10.00 - $24.99 costs $0.50

$25.00 - $49.99 costs $1.10

$50.00 - $199.99 costs $2.20

$200.00 and up costs $3.30

That's just the insertion fee, then you have a final value fee.

$0 - $25 = 5.25% of the closing value

$25 - $1,000 =5.25% of the initial $25 ($1.31), plus 2.75% of the remaining closing value balance ($25.01 to $1,000)

Over $1,000 5.25% of the initial $25 ($1.31), plus 2.75% of the initial $25 - $1000 ($26.81), plus 1.50% of the remaining closing value balance ($1000.01 - closing value)

Then there's optional: extra picture fees, reserve fees, bold fees, background fees, etc.

If you don't have a decent profit margin you just can't do it for long.

Grateful

Which picture of these two saws is wrong because they're the same pictures. I had a chance to buy a 10-10 not long ago in great shape for about $75.00. I downloaded his picture and zoomed in but it's too blurry to tell.

Yea he tells more about what else he has to sell than what he's selling on that page.
Grateful

???? $800.00 bucks for that? I just bought me a brand new Stihl660 today with a 42" bar for $920.00. You could buy 2 new saws of that size for his asking price.

he dont give a darn what we say cause he knows most buyers wont read it. but keep pointing them out,as somebody ought to. long as he goes by ebays rules they will let him sell.
think ill put my old 036 in for mabe a grand. with some dressy wds ,,who knows somebody would probably bid.
