First Palm prune

Going to prune a palm tree for the first time this week, not many around here. Customer says it's a windmill palm, and is too big for him to deal with anymore. He wants the seed pods and some of the lower fronds removed. It can be done off a ladder.

Any advice?

Here's a pic, sorry it's kind of dark and having trouble getting pic's to post at the right size.
 
RJS, Thanks, the customer said the palm looks better that it ever has, zubat made short work of it. Sold him more work and he would have bought a fungicide spray for the palm(had this from another company in the past), but I told him it was doing fine without it.

Thanks for all the other stuff I've learned from your posts too. Here's a pic of a white oak removal I used the pantin on to get over the Ivy. It fit right over my hook.:)
