That’s what I thought. It would appear someone at some point blocked the governor. Fairly common thing people did on the 2100 and many other saws.Yes. It is in the exploded view in the IPL but I can’t seem to copy/paste it

Actually, now that I know what is supposed to be there I think I'm all good. I'll rebuild these carbs to stock specs.So I’ve got some governor valves and the little copper washers at work, problem is they’re all Stihl part numbers. Washer is pretty simple to figure out, valve not so much. Not sure if your needing the valve as well? Honestly you mite be better off rebuilding the carb and blocking the GV.
