About a month ago I posted a thread about buying a new saw. Well I finally did it !!! Not only did I buy 1 saw..... I bought 2 !!! I was looking for a new saw to cut firewood with and wanted to buy an "all-around" saw. After reading the replies to my post and reading post's in other forums I got the idea of maybe doing some small tree jobs to make a little cash!!! I bought 2 Husky's a 346xp and a 372xp. I got a chance to run each of them this afternoon on my first job, three 40' to 50' spruce trees, the largest diameter was about 24". I only ran a couple of tanks of gas and I know they aren't near broke in ....but they are awesome saws, especially the 372. Can't wait to run them again:D Thanks for all the advice.

Jeff,
Congrats on the new saws. I bought a 346XP a few weeks ago and love it. I just bought a 372XP and I can't wait to try this weekend on a land clearing job I've got. Enjoy your new saws.

Congrats on the new saws, boy, two saws at once. You must have a good heart, one saw at a time is about all I can handle. Good luck with them and keep a getaway cleared.;)

Do they have the "new saw smell"??

You could have paired up a Stihl 026 with a 046 but we'll forgive you. Just don't get too upset when our chips have already covered your path!!

Its so good to hear a pair of saws found a good home. Have fun Yukon and now all you have to think about is whether or not to power tune them.

Yea Marty she does know ...she's pretty understanding:) . Hopefully I'll make enough cash to justify owning them!! Thanks for the info. on where to buy them;) Any suggestions on chain type?
Confused (why confused?) probably won't power tune ..may just add a modified muffler to both. Guess I'll be contacting one of the "Guru's" soon.
Hey Woodho, let it rip....the 372 is awesome!!!!
davefr, they had a "new saw smell" did quite a bit of cuttin' now they have "used saw smell".
WRM...didn't really plan on 2 ...it just happened.
