Has there been any hacks of auto-tuning saws? Background.... A long time ago (in a galaxy far away) I built high performance motorcycle motors. When the first fuel injected Kawasakis came out we found out that by increasing the resistance in the line coming from the engine temp sensor we could fool the brain into thinking the engine was cooler than it was and would richen up the mixture. Could this work with our saws? I can only guess that the saws are set to run as lean as possible and leaner than we would have them run if we were adjusting a carb. Am I making any sense?
