Someone steals from me, they are gonna get what they deserve, a darn good beatin'. I applaud the OP for doing the right thing, something that is seriously lacking in this world today.
I like the way you think.
...I tried not to, but I could'nt help but hit him right in the chin...
Outside the gun forums I frequent, I thought this was a manly place to post. You people that post such comments showing you are afraid of lawyers, prosecutors, never-do-wells, (and on some other posts) your wife should grow a pair!
Stop even thinking that way. That is exactly what allows fear mongering to even have a platform. Why would this thought even have a germ of an idea in your heads? You shiver, hide in the corner and point your finger at a real man and say "OH please don't do that you may get in trouble". Cowboy up, man up or whatever and quit hiding behind skirts!
I was in the Army and this man can share a foxhole with me anytime. Do you think the two theives would be a better choice? I know maybe a lawyer, politician, or for some of you, your wife. Cowards play right into the hands of those that oppress. Mike
Have a good one, and put your saw away next time.
And I keep having these thoughts of robbing him for some reason.
You chose pretty much the only option i can think of. What else can you do? Call the cops and there going to ask you if you saw him steal it. No? Then they take a statement and thats the end of it. In this case, the guy took responsibility for his actions in an "old school" manner. If the world wasnt full of sissies, criminals would get what they deserve way more often.
Im not much of a violent man since high school unless backed into a corner, but i may have chosen the same action. Might have even laid into the guy trying to sell me back MY property.
Not like the guy was stealing a loaf of bread to feed his family.
If someone is tough enough to wrassle your saw from your 150 lb. shepherd, you outta let him have it. Shooting him will likely just piss him off.
Man thats one huge dog! He awesome. I would have been like, "Ogar, sick balls" if he would have been with me.
This is the messed up part:
I get thee and there he is in the driveway, saw in the other guys hand. He looked like he saw a ghost when I came squealin in. I tried not to, but I could'nt help but hit him right in the chin. He fell down but was'nt knocked out or anything. I fought back kicking the crud out of him and said to the other guy, "I'll be taking that saw with me bro". He says, 200 bucks and you can take it!!!
My so called buddy had sold my saw to this guy. Now as I said above, I knew this guy well too. I sais, "well you better get your money back from him because this saw IS going with me! When he realized I was about to drill him too, he handed it over and started cussing my so called bud that stole it. I told him next time I seen him he was going to get another hit to the mouth from me. I said a few otherr choice words to both of them and left.
:bang: I'm the "don't trust anyone" type also. Never would have thought this!
