Thats great. Eventhough you married a 361 you may end up with a 290 later on. A lot of people are real happy with 290's though, they may not be the lightest and the nicest looking, but they do get the job done.

If you're budget limited, look for a real nice "ex-homowner" 036-pro or MS360 (both 1998 or later). Around here they go for $300 +/- on craigslist... Real close in practical terms to a 361, and 1/2 the price.

My first saw was a (Not telling) but it was a used one.

Go to your saw shops and ask what they have in used ones.
don't matter what brand. just stay with a name brand that the dealer sells or can service. IMO that will give you the feel for chainsaws and then roll the dice on a new one.
 
With that many trees, put a fireplace in. Then, you can justify any saw you want by the heating bill savings. :D

Or it could get worse. You might start out with a hot little 361 and end up with an 090.
