Help identify saw.

I got this given to me and i think its a 046. But has no numbers or anything i can see to look it up. my buddy says its a 066. Any help appreciated. Thank you guys be safe out there! Lota rain earlier in year and now balls ass hot! Grrrrr no fun doing tree jobs! Illinois.

There are series numbers on all the parts, look close and post the series number.
