Grab these today from someone getting ready to scrap them. I cant find a model #. They are big and beefy. Im gonna clean them up and try to get going. Both engines are free. What model are they and do they have value?
Here is the other one. Looks like a 1-42One of them is a 250, flip the other one over and look for the model number stamped on the bottom of the crankcase.
There were several editions of the 250, early ones had thick rings and a long yellow AF cover that went over the oil tank, later were thin ring and had the shorter black AF cover like the one shown in your photos. The thin ring saws were very good performers.

One is a 250 and the other one is a 1-41. Turn it over and look for the stamp. I believe the gas tank cover with the two ridges I've only seen on a 1-41. Here's one I've been playing with (for 2 years!) but haven't been able to keep it running consistently. I believe the seals on the L H jets are leaking. But I've just tinkered with it every now and then and then put it back on the shelf...one day...Grab these today from someone getting ready to scrap them. I cant find a model #.
