Some 090g's came with the bigger 137cc piston/cylinder. Maybe it was a dealer add on? I dunno, but two out of the five I have had did have the 66mm OEM jug. I would imagine 30cc's makes a pretty good difference in power. never having run an 070 I cannot say, but a 103cc Mac will not impress you after running a 123cc one.
The Baileys 090 piston/cylinder makes the same power as OEM, I know as I have used both, but is suspected to have a shorter life. So a 106cc copy probably does make 070 power.
