Homelite 360 carb boot

Picked up a 360 at the flea this spring.

It ran, but did not idle right. Figured the carb boot was gone.

Just now getting into it................

Some idiot had a piece of heater hose in it for a carb boot ?? !!

It was a blob of melted black goo. Guess some people will try anything.......................

I have seen that happen too a original hose too.

Try Hydraulic return line-It will probably hold up better.

I know Randy Duncan has those carb boots for that saw on ebay ALL the time. he's probably got a million of em. ask him if he's got one.

Or you could always wrap the hose with duct tape and make it hold for awhile.
