hello everyone, I have a homelite 410 that runs great but has a bad fuel leak when I turn it on its side I'm sure it's probably the fuel line, I did have the handle assembly off when I replaced the intake boot, I replaced the impulse line and the oil line from the manual pump but I didn't replace the fuel line because it looked and felt to be in good shape and I also had no idea how to install a new line on one of these, so if anyone knows how to replace the fuel on these it would be much appreciated, and if anyone knows an easy way to get the carb box cover on and off that would also be appreciated.

I did one awhile ago. Miserable saw to work on. I think the fuel line was just a friction fit in the tank. Pull the old one out, pull the new one in. Cut a long taper on the end before you try to shove it thru and use hemostats to grab the line in the tank. Pull enough in to get it out the fill hole. Cut it off square and install a filter. I can’t remember the size, but fairly sure was just standard fuel line.
