you not bad I cheated---I have a comango
If you've run one long without earplugs, then you also have hearing trouble. What do you know about a "Cut Kwik"? Says Lombard on it, couple different spots, and I also have a fatter twin parts saw for that, a Dynamark. Both look like XL-12's, only black.
what did you say LOL---I don't know about a Cut Kwik sounds fun to have like any other Lombard Ive used---I have a Comango--Little lightning and 2 Ponies 1 running and 1 parts and all wear originally sold lockley around hear from the same shop still in business---do you have any info on the cut kwik---their wear lots of saws that look like the homies --- sears wards lombards just a hole lot of them
I stated my vast knowledge of it in the previous post. Loud as, well, hell, I imagine, and cuts OK. Even has some very primitive antivibe. Automatic oiler, no manual. Guessing mid eighties, probably earlier. 3.7 ci IIRC.
The reed out of the Super 2 is standing open ever so slightly. Maybe 1/32", so it needs fixin'. I post a pic but it's too small to see.
Are those rivits or drive screws holding the reed and backup plate to the plastic?
How about if I drill & tap for a #4-40 round head screw to bear against the reed to help hold it shut?

their drive screws but pressed in with heat---if you get them out just flip the plate over
Thanks, I suspected they were. I'll use a dremel to cut some screwdriver slots and heat them with a soldering iron before turning them.
Have delt with drive screws long ago.

Here we go, I need, I need, I need. This CAD is hard on a feller!
I'm trying to get a C-7 going again. I got the saw from Outdoorliving247, the jug and piston came from Wildman. Thanks guys.
I need a good coil for it, and a clutch or just the clutch spider. I've tried to find a coil I could use on it but since it fits under the flywheel I'm not having any luck.
Any help would be most appreciated !!!!
