I finially got around to making me up a saw press. Figured I could make it way cheaper than the $50.00 or more to buy one, and then you have to adapt it to your machine. I ended up just under $25.00, not including my time & beer.
It will hold up to an 026/372xp size saw.

Awesome job. Glad to see someone else has an old Polaris too.

Thanks for the idea with the rubber bumber to keep the saw from sliding down. I have the Kolpin Saw press that I won off of Fleabay. Got it for $25 bucks. They were clearancing them for some reason. It has foam on each side of the "press" but the saw's dawgs chew them up as it slides down. After seeing yours, I am going to weld on a bracket and maybe use something like a hockey puck as a bumper. I like it. Thanks.
