Illegal Mexicans! No? Well then who is gonna do the job?

Choices:
1. Keep looking for a US citizen with enough balls and gumption while I coddle these white boys.
2. Go work for another company - at least I won't have to worry about hiring Mexicans they allready did.
3. Hire Mexican, retire early.

yeah well said, hire mexs who can live 25 in a 1 bedroom apt, you pay them cash ( no wc or health) that they send back to mexico and wonder why the economy sucks.

I think its greed thats killing the labor market. all these business owners want as much money for themselves, and the cheapest labor cost.

I cant tell you how many times Ive recieved tips after completing a job, some easy work and some hard. 5,10,even20 $ tips. so dont tell me you couldnt have charged more. the company I worked for charged 50per man per hour, but Ive heard of companies charging up to 95 an hour.

I dont know what gumption is but I got balls, and even the best climbers get nervous sometimes, so go hire your mexicans I just wish the punishiment for that was company ending huge fines.

I agree with wenthome. Its greed that fuels the hiring of illegal mexicans. Its wrong, it ruins this country and I'll never do it. My employees are all citizens and I pay all of my taxes. What is messed up is that I pay higher workers comp etc etc because of illegal activity. Many companies around here have workers comp on one employee and low and behold if one of their 6 employees gets hurt its the only employee they have. This makes the rates go up. I hope someone cracks down too since it makes it hard to be lawful and make an honest living.
