The landowner wanted to remove every thing 10'' and larger, I tried to talk him out of it but it was to no avial.

Hey Doug, is this better?? Last time you said it was too big so I thought I would ask:D

If I keep this up I'll have a post count as high as John's.

My feet got wet and cold so I decided to call it a day and head for the house.

Hi Rick, I'm not much for singing but I do like to play a tune on my saw every now and then.

I wish. Kabul is kinda treeless. Mind you it was -45C this morning in Ottawa with the windchill so maybe I do not miss being home too much:p Ten more days and I have three weeks off. IF (big if) there is not too much snow, I plan on spending two days in the bush near Napanee, Ontario finishing off a job I started last fall before I came here-it just got too wet to get into the place even with a 4X4.

You call that snow! Around here that is just a heavy frost, and if it`s falling, as in some of your pics, it`s "lake effect" frost! LOL. We`ve been having alot of that this week. About 28 - 30" at my house between Tuesday and Wednesday. I heard they got 41" in Redfield on Tuesday alone!

Btw, nice pics, looks like your skidder is in very nice shape.
