The second one I have is marked 3/8 micro, . . . . Are there two different options available for 3/8? Standard 3/8 and micro 3/8?.

3/8 low profile and standard 3/8 pitch chain. Also different for .325 Narrow Kerf and .325 standard.

Do you kow where these can be purchased individually? All the ones I've found locally are only sold in kits with round and flat files.

They are sold by Husqvarna and Jonsered (same parent company now). Might be called different things by different sellers.

STIHL has a version now also. It might work better / fit your STIHL chains better.
