mucculloch mac 120 chainsaw. couldnt get it started so would be good for parts or repair. saw is complete and has compression when cord is pulled. email any questions

Looks more like a 1-50 series or non-super 250 to me. Maybe a 380. It's impossible to be 100% sure soley by looking at the pics however. Covers and such are easy to swap.

Chain Saw

Interesting little saw popped up here on CL. Anyone know much about this little chip-tosser? Yes, I know I have been underground for a few months, but things have been a bit demanding here lately without much in the way of discretionary time. It may lighten up come June or July but I'm hanging on for now. Have not forgot my arboristsite buddies, just been distracted by other demands.
Any thoughts on this? It may be hard for me to pass up a monster saw like this on the local market. 30cc pulling a 10" bar? Yikes!!

i'd snag it if it runs. course i like old mag saws. you might offer less then his list price. never can tell, he might go for it.

I'm thinking of posting this on my local CL:

Rare, broken flippy cap. Genuine STIHL. Rebuildable with a little work, or for parts. Sold 'as-is'.

Will trade for urban walnut log, quarter sawn and planed S2S.
Prefer kiln dried, but will accept air dried if delivered and stacked.

That's actually a Super 25 DA (S25DA). People often mistake the "D" for a "0" on those. Very clean looking example with a case. Not too far off from what I'd pay for one in that condition if it was local.
