Im Going back to the PNW!!!!!

Well folks, I am moving back west in several weeks and am SOOOOOO excited!!!
I have 4 more ASAP sessions left and about 17 hours of ''work for free'' then im outa here!!
Im going to La Grand to live with Pops and to enroll in Eastern Oregon University to major in you guessed it, Forestry!
i want to go the next PNW get together so i can meet the marvelous people that inhabit this site!
I have hinted here and there at the job that i will be ''going out west soon'' but its 4 weeks now! My boss is going to have a very hard time replacing me, i kind of feel guilty but i know he will understand!

Welcome back Kid. LaGrand is an awful purdy place. We hunted elk up around Ladd Canyon area for years. Lots of great country in those parts.

Slowp's right we are supposed to get blasted for the next couple days. Sunday morn we had a lightening storm that would rival one of the best that you have over in that part of the state. Right now it's 46 degrees and raining to beat the band.

Anyhow glad to hear your happy about commin home. I know how I felt when I was gone, and will never forget the feeling when comming back was at hand. You can almost taste it can't ya.

Yes, returning from the years of exile was a treat. I'd watch movies filmed here and feel homesick. But remember, it sure rains a lot! Our temps have not dropped yet, a couple of gusts of wind hit while I was hot tubbing and only light rain. I think it is coming from the southwest and we are supposed to get hit just after midnight. Not to worry, I made Blackberry cobbler!

O ya!!! I would rather rust than rot! (rain in pnw and humidity in east)
I have soo much stuff in storage that i havent seen in years i hope the rats havent consumed all of it!
I have a friend out here in Lynchburg that wants to go out west, due to me telling him how good it is out there! he is bummed caus i am leaving town but i NEED to leave these reds!!
Owl you are right about the taste! I just got back from Cali on sunday and that was definintly a big Appetizer ot getting back West!
I am working these last few weeks only to buy the 660 from my boss, other than that i Dont want to go back!
I just need to get everything packed up and waint for pops to get bussed out so we can get a U-haul and load up.




It is going to be a looooongggg month!!!!

Well guys, Im still here in VA

I ended having to restart a "driving improvment class" after missing 2 classes in a row.

My Grandmother passed away on August 11th so i bought a ticket to San Fran to attend her funeral. Came back in time to go to work and attend my class but had fallen ill and did not feel inclined to possibly spread mud butt stomach flu to my class mates. So i get a note from the doc explaining that my illness was contagious and i have my G-ma's paper thingie and they kick me out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So now im stuck here for another 12 weeks..



#### at least its gettin cooler. It's been hot as F&c* fot the last week and i have been suffering!!
