we broke a record yesterday here in BC...the coldest may 6 since 1962..snowed over 4 inches...grr..

Same record cold here in Seattle, I was thinning a 110 foot double fir, had cold feet til 11 am, had long johns on. Got out of the tree at 2 pm, sweaty, and stripped to bare chest in the May sunshine. Snow level was 1000 feet, plus it snowed a bit in Woodinville!! Close to 2 feet of new at Baker and Alpental, 15 Degrees F at 6800 feet level of Crystal Mt last nite!!
I skiied Alpental in the sat/sunday storm, did 10 fabulous B/C runs, powder and face shots on cinco de mayo!
