Keep in mind that cause you told me to do it don't mean I will. I would go but everywhere you step is soft cold wet and mushy. If I had to go I would be there in a heart beat but that is not the case. I wish I had a big indoor shop cause there are things I could and should and would be doing.

Ok, I lied, I am not going. But you are? Going out in that mess to look at trees? storm damage? I had a few calls but its just a few pine boughs which of course I would be losing money doing. Driving all around with the chipper to run it for a second here and there just kills me although just being out like that is good sometimes. So is ballin up with the wood stove for that matter. the warmth of this key board on my hands feel good.

Plus, my cleanup guy has a sweet plow rig, makes riding out a sport.

My thoughts on more snow is that I am bunkered down. I have the plows on and a fresh pallet of salt and spare fuel. I'd love to get under that dump truck and grease the hell out it or even wash it but everything is ready to run in aspect so I ain't touching it til I need to.

I admit I am biding the time til spring. Its not the cold or the wind its the snow on the ground. Well, if I had I a guy to clean up the messes I make I guess it wouldn't be so bad.
I had a guy call me yesterday ( sun) cause he needed a contract climber right then and there but I talked him out of it. No, it was just quite late when he called. He said he would see about today but I think his regular guy wil be there. he is a little far and doesn't pay the best anyway but I would have rolled for some action like that.

I've had all my machines up and running again the last few days. Jammed out probably nine loads of chips. Feels good to bust my ass again finally (and play with the toys).

Too bad I had no help for today, because its actually pretty nice out... now the storms are coming again starting late tonight.

He had called around ten and it would have been about and hour and a half til I could get to the job. He made the choice, I told him , as I stood in my PJ's, I could be rolling pretty quick if he wanted to but.

They are talking rain for around here which should be interesting, you may get some freezing rain up there which could REALLY be interesting.

I was low bidder on my own account (big one), bidding against some reputable local names. With the help of some friends I'm actually ahead of schedule. I had three days bid on this one part, and we layed it to waste in two flat. Just some stumps to flush and some chipping left.

My phone actually rang again while I was typing this. I never start this early. Maybe its gonna be a good year after all.

I guess whats bothering me is all that crap that went down with OD.

I feel like I may be inadvertently responsible for it, sinse he told me I was the reason he went after that S&M ####.

I'm a little pissed about the way TV started jumping at me when he didnt even know what the #### he was talking about too.

The whole deal has me thinking that maybe I'm the one that should just leave.
