What are those, I check out catalogs from Vermeer every season, colleagues call me gadget man, Batman especially old school guys. Because I've all sorts of knowledge that a lot guys just don't possess, like setting up a block and tackle mechanical advantage to pull a tree over w/nothing more than man power.

I like that block I'm sold. All my other ones are huge. and I don't like the x rings I've seen those come and go a few times now. Just like bell bottom pants coming back into style. Blocks have been on use since the redwood days.

I can see a pair of these in my near future along with some X-rings. I'm liking the idea of the x-rings for redirects instead of a block or pulley. Lighter and more compact.

I've seen the x rings through out the years pop up in alot of different forms some of the heavy duty loop runners have close to a 1k capacity I think the dynema. You can save a ton of dough.

They slap big price tags on that stuff.
