I'm now offering woods porting services and rebuilds. Sorry I'm not the long winded type any questions feel free to message me. Here's a video some have seen of a saw I finished last week
Congrats.

Who dropped out? PM me if you want.

If I'm not mistaken, Stumpy and Treemonkey are out of the game? I don't know who is doing what...

Can we have a thread where each modder posts what they do and state when they are taking vacation on a AS break or whatever they got going?

I know each modder could make there own thread but it would be nice if all the info was in one thread.

Congatulations

You going with "Moody's Modded Saws"? How about "Mad Saws by Moody", "Mad Work Saws by Moody", "Moody's Mad Work Saws", "Bad Attitude Work Saws by Moody", "Work Saws with Attitude by Moody". Hope everything goes in your favor.

Well, I was going to suggest one with a drawing, but I can describe it. M4, with the 4 below and a continuation of the right hand M upright stroke.

Im keeping it simple for now but you keep it you're liable to find something I like. My concern is getting saws to perform well.

I'll just say watch out for a 372 soon

crude, but you get the idea. I don't have a "machine" font on my simple graphics program here (first time I used it as well...) an example of a machine font..remember the terminator movie, how the title was typed out? That's a machine font, they look boss...

anyway, sorta like this, just more "heavy metal" to it..

hmmm...oh well, just a quickie, can't seem to make a straight jpeg, it is a pdf, simple

I like it. It has a nice heavy metal look.

dang it,,,, I saw the title and I was thinking you was going to finally admit that your a homo chicken legged midget,,, geez,, and here I had my hopes up

seriously I hope everything goes great for you,,, I know my shop is doing fairly good,,,but people in this part of the country people don't know what mods are and they like the throw away saws,,,, that 350 does sound good

Good luck with your new endeavor. I think the stuff that you guys (all the work saws modding guys) do with saws is pretty amazing. I actually have all the tools, lathe and tooling to do all of it but I have so many things going on in my life that I never have the time to dedicate to learning the craft. I actually have 2 Stihl saws that are in need of port work but I always seen to find other places for the money to go (guns).
