Thanks for the info guys,
I misread the specs. The 2156 shows 4.4hp vs the 357XP 4.4hp, the 2159 4.1hp and 359 3.9hp. Sorry for the confusion,
Bruno the bear.

The Canadian Jred 2159 has 4.1 hp.

The Canadian Husky is at 3.9hp for some unknown reason.

I had forgotten about that, the kw numbers are 2.9 vs. 3.0.
It is the same over here.

I suspect that it originally had to do with marketing - somehow "compensating" that the 357xp wasn't released as a Jred for some years after introduction ??

I guess that depends on how I lifted the 550 pounds , I have never benched 550 pounds before so that is out but have benched 512 pounds at a contest before, dead lifted 680, and squatted 720 all at the same show but that was a few years ago so maybe I would have the power of a wild thing for a couple seconds anyway

Wouldn't that rip the arms right out of their sockets? Ouch!

never did much weight lifting . but i could throw a hundred over my head with one hand. also picked up the back end of a honda when i was younger.
does that qualify as wt lifting.:)

Although I never weighted them, the most I ever lifted was large rounds of Beech cut to 16" lengths and about 26" or so in dia. onto the beam of a log splitter. I did this quite often over the 5 year period I was using splitters when I was full time into firewood. It never hurt my back or nothing and I suppose because my azz was spitting donuts that the blocks were around 200# max.

I have a video of you choping. does not look like you can hardley lift the ax let alone 512 pounds. I will give it to wood junkie.

I'd love to see the video....Hahahahaha!
