I have a lickety log splitter that has been sitting for about 10 years. If fired right up, but I noticed the high low cylinder isn’t moving. If I pull on it, it still feels like it resists movement, so I’m not sure the O-ring is blown. I wonder if there could be air in the tube that senses the pressure or if something needs to be done with the damper valve. Does anybody know the troubleshooting procedure for this?

Does anyone have the instruction manual?

Also, if I get this sorted out and wanted to sell it, does anybody know what the value of these is these days?
