Oh no, I truely do wish you good luck! Everyone should own an 044! I love mine. If I ever run across one for less than $400 again I will have two of them! Thats my 044 in my avatar after cutting the largest pecan tree I have ever seen!.

a ms440 just popped up on c-list near me for 350., still looks real nice, it's under the akron listings, not sure if he'd ship it, might be worth a try, if i didn't already have one, i'd jump on it myself, most likely won't be listed for long. BTW, love the area you live at, went by there back in October down I80, always love the view through there...................
