Anyone have an idea what one of these might be worth ??

i know a guy who has one. it has (feels like ) great compression & spark. it seems to be all there. Looks like a 24" bar with 3/8 chain. he wants to list it on ebay. I thought it might be a worthy project ??

It looks like it would clean up well & run with minimal work (carb kit & a good tuning)

Hi Mike-

Those older Macs aren't worth much money. You might squeeze 80 bucks out of it if you're lucky. They're also a bear to ship because of the weight and bulk. The kart racers like the Super Pro 125 saw engines to convert for kart engines, those are the only Mac saw engines worth any money. Even a fully restored antique Mac doesn't do well unless it is a two-man, like the Model 99 or 5-49.
