The 394/395 are another animal.

Okay, that's like .016" then. . . Which way to move on each hole? Or is that enough to worry about?

I've been trying to get them dead nuts, for sake of having a decent fit when the laser cuts them.

EDIT: So, I reread what you said, are you saying to spread them apart two line thicknesses, so about .032"?

Make them .035" longer on the center to center of the mounting holes and i think it will be perfect

We use satin-chrome, on wear surfaces, on components at work... I am going to talk to the vendor and have them slip the dogs in to the next batch.
