I figure the 10-10a as a 283 and the lift hand start 10-10 as a 350. The again id liken the 250 Mac to a 348 chevy and the 550 to a 409, ancient big blocks. Those'd be about the correct era. The 797 is definitely a 426 hemi and the more civil Mac 125 to a 454. I'd liken the 82cc Macs to a small block 400.I say it time after time....10-10a is the Chevy small block 350 of chainsaws.
Yep. Between reading this forum and watching YT, I have 7 more saws since July. The wife isn't happy. LOL

I had had a 1965 409 Impala 400hp with Powerglide.I guess I should be looking for a 550.

64 SS 409 I spotted a few weeks ago in a school parking lot. Owner said I could take some pictures. Stock with 4 speed. I made a few trips in my brother’s 63 in the late 60s.

I would love it but it's out of my price range. That 81 has your name on it

I remember when that came on eBay.I'd have to say it's been over 6 mo.now.
Oh boy ,they put the word "Rare" in the title! That adds 300.00$ lol.
Could you even imagine those rules applying to todays generation?Due to my older brothers’ antics with theIr 63 409 and 66 421 Super Duty, the best I was allowed to buy was a 67 Malibu with a 283 and power glide. No push back when it shifted nor wheel spin upon launch. Prior rules were simply you bought it, insured it and maintained it Additional rules added for the rest of us - . no big engines and no 4 speeds.

The old saying I like is , "The devil you know is better than the one you don't know "Should I trade him my 850? The 850 is very nice

The only reason why they added "rare" to the title is because they have it.If you or I had the saw it wouldn't be "rare".Oh boy ,they put the word "Rare" in the title! That adds 300.00$ lol.
