I seem to have spiked a Mcculloch fever lately. I picked up a few parts and parts saws. Trying to identify this carcass. No model tag in the carb box. Just these numbers stamped. 7-10 or a smaller cc saw??
Frankensaw I'd guess, clutch is from a RH start, I don't see any starter pawls on the flywheel but the FW is from a left hand start saw. The fuel tank is a later PM type, serial number stamp looks like it's from an older saw. The pancake muffler and no compression release indicate it is a 54cc.
Well, no PM55 for me. I finally made contact with the seller of the nice yellow and black specimen that had caught my eye. Unfortunately, the seller.lost it in the flood that hit us.
I just added a new "priced right" kit for 10 series saw refresh.
