Wow!Congratulations Bob, the screws that McCulloch used are normally pretty hard, not always easy to get them out. I do have a variety of LH drill bits that are also useful when trying to remove a broken screw.
A few months ago I was putting a two man saw back together and heard a crack as I was tightening a screw, unbelievably it backed right out...

I'm yet to perform a pressure/vacuum test myself but the ones I have watched (Stihls) the decomp valve gets taken out and plugged.I am attempting to do a pressure vac test on a pro mac 55. Do I need to remove and plug the decomp and can someone tell me the thread size? Thanks
