Gypo i think if it was me ,would that not be underhand chopping not standing, standing is the one that they put the log in the stand and cut it like it was a tree standing in the bush

are you trying to get a job with the Toronto star newspaper or what

Dion Lane finishing the springboard chop. Sorry, but I couldn't figure out how to flip the mpeg 90 degrees. Is there a trick to it,and if so could, someone clue me in?
Thanks,
John

"I think this girl would be kickin' my ass too."

I would hope so, considering "she's" twice your size. I seem to remember that I once saw her competing in the Olympics on the "Womens" Bulgarian Weighlifting Team. I can only watch this video once.

Hi Ed, thanks for correcting me. Like I said before, it's hard to get good help over the net.
Doug, I am lost for words, since I am always politically correct as you know. I think she had a heart of gold though.
Anyway, here's NB Logger with another saw of Ed's. At the rate I am screwing up the reporting, I should leave the narrative to Ed
John

Hi McSaw, I would have, but Ed told me I haven't graduated from cutting school yet, however, at the rate I saw people screwing up, I would have felt right at home.
Anyway, here's Gaston.
John

Gypo you are correct , that was the most screw-ups i have seen at a show but when somebody lays down a real fast number most guys are there to win second sucks so they go for it , sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnot,
Before I turn Gypo loss on the guys and girls he needs to train so they will be scared of him , when he gets his cold start under a second , he will be ready, so look out world the furrrrr hunter is coming, by the way Gypo what are you down to now on the cold start , i know you are under 5 seconds forsure

once you are around the people some more gypo you will know everybody plus what the names of the events are but sorry no broad jump , wrong sport

did you get your tonque back into your mouth yet

NBlogger did you watch the video of the 7900, I was watching you but from what i have seen from the video the judges should of been watching Simon cause he is gone way before go, Remi must of taught him that

Ed, I think my Cold start is down to 4 seconds now, but i brought back a couple of the rounds you turned for the race so I will practice with them.
John

EHP,
Sounds and looks like you had a good show at Minden, if you get a chance send me some listings of other shows up your way, one of these days I may be able to get to couple I will let you know ahead of time so you can get the special timing gear ready for me. You can have your choice either a hourglass or an alarm clock, and thats just to get to the wood.
Do you think you and your buddies can make the Luther and Evart shows? It looks like the big boys will be rolling in here, should be some very good racing in all events. This is open to all contestants, somewhere along the line I read that some of our shows in Mi. were by invitation only, not true I have been in the sport since 1972 and we have never had a invitation only show. So come one come all just bring all the Horsepower you can muster and goodstrong arms and backs. Show registration starts at 2:00 pm in Luther and the show at 4:00 on Sat. July 3rd. Evart registration starts at 11:00 am, show starts at 12:00 noon. Hope to see all of you. { If at all possible let us know as soon as possible so we can get more wood if we need it }

Dave I will find out for you on who's going, now Stihl has a series in Canada and i will find out if there is a show that weekend because if there is the guys will be going there , it is a 5 show series and the guy with the most points wins a saw from them or something like that, there is the chopping division and the sawing division, plus prize money at each show.
Dave i have seen you run a saw before remember , you donot need a hour glass , a stop watch will work fine , you are like Dunlop, people always say how come he cuts so fast but is slow to the wood, just put a watch on him ,he is not slow just he doesnot make any unnessary moves and is very smooth .
I will find out when the next show that is closer to your side of the border is

Ok, I was wondering since I forgot to write it down. What was the fastest 3120 time for minden? Then the winning times for the different classes. I looked over my notes and I don't know how I pulled off a 7th finish with the bobbles from hell with my muffler class run. I think Lambert could of done better....well maybe not I for got to strut away.....
As for you Ed, I do provide some good entertainment don't I??

Later,
Chris

Hi Chris, I have a few movies of the race that aren't all that flattering, but I could post a couple though. LOL
How come you took off in such a hurry, I had jug of apple cider for you.
Anyway, don't worry about the abuse, I get it all the time, even when I get home and pick up my messages.
John

Chris donot worry you are starting to get the hang of it , you did cut a 4.99 so you ae now in the 4 second club for 12 inch round , you got better as the day went on ,
the winning times were
0-81cc 3.51
0-140 muffler 5.14
0-140 pipe 4.24
open 3.37 , these times are from when the guy says go so it takes most guys .2 to move, so if you are taking the time from when your hands leave take .2 off these times
