and thats why the farmers sell off the frontage... to lower their tax burden .. and can make a killing on a lot......the farmer can get more out of that lot and now he doesn't have to go along the road side of his field picking up all the trash and bottles and stuff before he cuts his crop. can you blame the guy for selling off his lot?
