I've seen two Mk III's on ebay recently w/o handles. Did they come that way originally?

/edit - and is it Mark III or MK-III? Granberg seems to use both on their web site.
/edit 2 - NEVERMIND and looking on their web site Granberg doesn't sell it with the handle, by looking at the picture:

whereas Bailey's does:

But then to get it with a handle from Bailey's you have to pay $15 LESS.

Mine is very old, so old it says Pat. pending on the castings. I bought it used and they guy I got it from also bought it used and it did not have a handle. I turned a handle out of wood and epocied a T-nut on the end. I just slide a cariage bold into the track and the knob tightens by hand. It is very easy to loosen it and slide it a vew inches while in the middle iof a cut.
