buzz880, check out the forestry and logging forum. I have a whole thread about this job there titled "logging big hardwood in south louisiana". I am going to check out the saw shop tomorrow. I have to pick up a new handle for one the 440's I keep busting them up, been a little unlucky with equipment lately.
