If I'm not mistaken big time, the MS192 rear handle version, has not yet been seen in the wild and free, right?

But now it is listed in Stihls on-line catalog http://stihl.dirxion.com/eng/default.asp, (although the link from Stihl says it's the 2006 years catalog). Check page 23, top right.

And it's a C-E. :jawdrop:

For you that do not speak Stihl fluently, that means that it has the Easy2Start, and it's not listed as available without it.

How's that for a surprise? And will anybody that takes their sawing seriously and need a smaller saw, but don't want to spend big time for the MS200, dare to buy this one?

Hopefully that won't prove to be the case when they introduce it over here. But I guess I wouldn't be too surprised if it is, sad as that would be.

Sorry if I was unclear of that, but I found the link somewhere on on the website of Stihl USA (sorry, can't repeat now), and the bottom of each page in the catalog says "www.stihlusa.com", so it seems pretty clear that this is what they're going to try to sell you over there...

OTOH, if the price is right when (or if...) we see it here, at that weight I might be tempted to get it anyway.

Yeah, I looked back at your link. Not good. Oh well, wasn't planning on getting one anyway, but it is disappointing all the same.

Ooooops

Was considering buying one when it came out to replace a MS200t. Looks like I will have to "Suffer" with the MS200t:blob2:
