I'm up for anything that does not include a scalpel. I will look into this and let yall know if it works. I will say this, I read real quick like about the fibers, that much is true, small points in my neck, if pushed toward the center, will release the tendon so I can "crack"my neck to re-align them. My wife does this every night for me while sitting on the couch, 1 finger, straight into the back of my head, where the skull ends and soft tissue begins, for about a minute, So I, right away think that this book is legit. I am slowly fixing my rotator cusp's by doing shoulder exercises with Indian clubs. There is alot of truth behind this stuff

Thanks.

I hear you re: scapel. (although I do need one realistically)..

Not many of us can do tree work for 30 years or so and not have something messed up somewhere I guess. Especially as most of us likely overdid it big time in younger days (know I did at times).

What exercise are you doing for your shoulder? I messed up my rotator cuff and slightly tore the deltoid falling at my son's soccer practice (foot slipped as I was kicking the ball and landed on my elbow driving my upper arm into my shoulder).

I use Indian clubs, look like bowling pins, Pat M at his gym used this to rehab his, so he could fight Thomas Denny, worked pretty good if ya seen the fight! Pat gave them to me to rehab, build strength, heal the rips, Its is working, little by little, but it beats being cut on. To try and describe the exercise he has me doing would be impossible. I think it will be on youtube.
I an still contemplating, getting Pat and some of the fighters to help me make a video of all this weird stuff I do to stay off the operating table, plus REAL stretches and how to do them properly, 90% of the population does not know how to stretch for their particular occupation, this is important. We tree guys, have alot in common with the fighters when it comes to what we expect our bodys to do.
Dynamic and static stretches can be confusing of what and when and in what order, all of this makes a big diff in your bodys performance. Dynamic in order before the physical work, static "cool down" after, again in order.
I know it sounds like alot of hoopla, but it WILL make you feel better, stronger and your tendons, ligaments and muscles will thank you! I'm sure that there is this stuff on youtube, look for JUDO, Jui-Jitsu, Wrestling and Rock climbing stretches, all explosive sports (like ours)
