Mystery Stihl sprocket

I wonder if anyone can help me identify a sprocket I got a year or so ago?

It was sold to me as the last one out of the 045 bin, but it's wider than the one on my saw. I guess it got in the wrong bin and liked it so much it stayed a while.

Part number 1117/01 3/8" Z7 stamped on it.
7 teeth. 3 inch clutch by about 5/8 inch or 16mm.
Sprocket teeth about 0.8 inch or 20mm wide.
Central hole 5/8 inch.

If I can identify it I might be able to pass it on to someone who can use it.

Without seeing it, it should fit an 042/048.
