I wanted to use the FD due to the kitchen area:D , I planned for 10 people. We have frequent storms and they were calling for shotty weather all weekend. In the summer, after a rain here, the hudmity is insane. I offered to do another in late fall, outside, with much bigger wood.:rockn:

I would have liked to made it out to Booker's/PNW GTG. Ours went well though and had fun.

Hey great job putting on the gtg. Im thinking were going to have another one this fall. Look for your plane tickets now and I'll put you up in the old house. Its amazing the amout of work and time it takes to put one together. Great job of stepping up for the NC guys.

Thanks for posting up those clips... I can see that my cookie cutting skills are not so good. The 'little' saws don't like being dogged in and force-fed.

For a perspective, my 361 was turning around 14,250 IIRC with a 20" b/c...

Later on in the day I swapped over to 16" + brand new 33RSC loop, and it was pulling 10,500-11,300 in that 10-12" log. Bucked up the leftover 6-8" stuff lickety-split.

I think that 401 might like a muffler mod before it grows much older, but it did better than I thought it would. I expect it'll be real handy for cleaning up...

Running that hotted-up 460 gives a guy a hankering...

Good Times...

Actually, testing with one b&c setup, in one type and size if wood, tell you very little about the saws capabilities - you may hit a sweetspot with one saw, and be far away from one with another.

It is fun, but not much more......:)

RIP! MS 361

there is a new or should i say old sherriff in town.

The proof is in the pudding! Looks like the Redmax has plenty of torque! Thanks for the videos and for putting the rumors to rest!

I would like to run my 962 Olympyk against those 2 saws...I have a feeling it would stay right with the Redmax.

Looks like that NE346 beat your 260 pretty seriously.....:hmm3grin2orange: :hmm3grin2orange: :hmm3grin2orange: :rockn: :ices_rofl:

Yep, the 026 was not as fast. I thought it would have been much better in the bigger wood than the video. I might could have spent a few hours trying to get it "just right" for cutting cookies but I would rather just cut. I know when I grab that 026, it's ready to go all day and keep going. His 346 ran good but you won't see me buying one just from seeing a cookie fall faster.;)

Yep the 621 seemed to be a good saw, ran well considering it was sick most of the morning. But for $450, it would be hard to consider buying one instead of a 361.

We should have made a video of XJ's FS360 brush cutter running, what a freaking monster.:jawdrop: :jawdrop: We will use it next time Don, the neighbor would have beed pizzed if all his red tips were down.

It even scared the GF.:ices_rofl:

Yep, I was give out Sat. night.:dizzy: Spent Thur., Fri., Sat. morning trying to load all the wood and get my bro's tractor. I hope at our next one somebody will bring a 2171/372 to try against my 440.:chainsaw:

It is an angry tool...

If I had to walk from one end of Fayetteville to the other, I'd bring an 870 and probably that FS 360... Those tools send off the love vibes.

I'd hate to have to work with that thing all day. One would need triple ear protection. Of course one would probably not have to work all day, it would get the work done in the first hour.:) :)

Next time I come and visit my sister in West End (not far from you) I'll bring my 372.
