Any Ideas on manufacturers? Only marking is on cutter arm, mh80. it has a 6 tooth, horizontal 8" cutting head. the head will rotate to the side, i am assuming for transport or storage. It had 4.80/4.00×8 tires that are engaged by pulling a lever, just threw these on as other were rotted.
