I have an old homelite that my dad bought used years ago. He never really used it becuase he couldn't get it to run decent. I'm qurious as to what it is and what size it is. The modle decale on the recoil is wore off but it says direct drive on the bar side. It has a green airfilter cover and recoil cover. It's a heavy old beast with a 24" bar. Is there a SN# somewhere or a website with pics to match too? I would like to go through it and get it running can parts be had for old homelites? thanks.

I bookmarked that particular page but you can go to the next page or back up. Its a process trying to find a saw without the metal tag on the saw or I should say it is for me because of the lack of knowledge on my part. Hope this helps.

There are also several pages dedicated to different carb configurations. Just figure out which one you have been blessed with.
